＜Application Process＞

• ① After completing your application, you will receive an “Application Confirmation (AutomaticallySent)” email.

  Within 3 business days, you will receive a email from our representative about details of the event.

  We also accept applications by phone, so even after you complete your application, seats may already be filled. In that case, we will notify you via email from the person in charge.
• ③
  The participation fee of ¥3,000 is payable on the day of the event via PayPay or cash.

  If the minimum number of participants (3 people) is not met, the event will be canceled. In such cases, the person in charge will notify you via email 3 business days prior. If you do not receive an email, please understand that the event will proceed as scheduled.

Group applications are also accepted (up to 4 people). In that case, please select the number of participants, enter the representative's name in the "Full Name (Representative)" field, and enter the representative's contact information in the contact fields.

Cancellation

※Please notify us of any reservation cancellations via email or phone at least 3 days in advance.
※If you fail to attend without prior notice, we may charge a cancellation fee due to preparation requirements.
