Aozora Meditation – Online Registration Form

<Application Process>

  • After completing your application, you will receive an “Application Confirmation (AutomaticallySent)” email.
  • Within 3 business days, you will receive a “Reservation Confirmation” email from our representative. We will provide details regarding the meeting location, attire, and items to bring on the day of the event.
    We also accept applications by phone, so even after you complete your application, seats may already be filled. In that case, we will notify you via email from the person in charge.
  • The participation fee of ¥3,000 is payable on the day of the event via PayPay or cash.
    If the minimum number of participants (3 people) is not met, the tour will be canceled. In such cases, the person in charge will notify you via email 3 business days prior.

Cancellation

※Please notify us of any reservation cancellations via email or phone at least 3 days in advance.
※If you fail to attend without prior notice, we may charge a cancellation fee due to preparation requirements.
